Ingredients:
175g butter
126g icing sugar
50g white corn flour
75g margerine
2 large egg yolk
30g powdered milk
350g white flour

Sugar Beads
Egg yolk
Methods:
Beat butter, margerine and icing sugar till cream. Add egg yolks, corn flour and powdered milk. Mix well. Finally, add in white flour. Mix well. Roll the dough into 5mm thickness and punch your favourite cookie cutter. Brush beaten egg yolk on top of the cookie. Put sliced dates on it and sugar beads. Bake in a preheat oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 180℃.
