2 avocados
2 red tomatoes - throw away the seeds, diced
(another option, use canned peeled tomato, diced )
2-3 small chillies - can add more if you like it spicier
red onion - diced to make 1/2 cup
1 tbps lemon juice
2 tbsp cilantro -chopped
1/2 tsp salt
a dash of black pepper
Cut and remove the avocado seed. Scoop out the flesh and mash it using fork. Add all other things except for tomatoes. Mix well. When about to serve add in the tomato. Serve with your favourite chips.
A healthier option to other high sodium snack! Must try!
