Seafood restaurants along the coastline. If you notice high building on the background far behind is Permas Jaya area. By the time the coastal highway connecting Pasir Gudang to Johor Bahru, it will only take 10 minutes drive to Permas Jaya compare to existing road ( Pasir Gudang Highway & Old Masai Rd ) which would easily take 20 to 30 minutes!

Night view here is very beautiful with all the decorative lights on. I suggest to come to this place earlier so you can watch sunset.
